Intensely golden in colour, which comes from the skin contact and ageing in large oak botti. The prominent bouquet has notes of coconut and tropical fruit, with an undercurrent of gentle spices. On the palate, there is a richness, balanced by well-integrated acidity. Excellent structure and length.

Vanedda goes very well with meat or fish dishes and is ideal with fruits de mer and exotic fruits such as mango and papaya. It complements white meat dishes, with a honey reduction, perfectly.

Our Vanedda expresses its terroir in an extraordinary way - the body of Grillo, the minerality of Cataratto, the breadth of Fiano.  On the palate it is rich, wonderfully nuanced, with well-integrated acidity, which continues sip after sip. The flavours change with every sip: the bright colours of Sicilian summers, the bouquet of an orange or lemon grove, the sunny streets, with their aromas of herbs and spices.
