Our Carricante has a pale straw yellow, with some hints of green. The elegant bouquet is a combination of peach, apple, citrus fruits and blossom. The palate has a big-structure, with excellent acidity, minerality and sapidity and these characteristics give Carricante a particularly long finish.

Nostru Carricante is the perfect accompaniment to a seafood menu: seafood antipasti, then crab linguine, followed by grilled fish.

Nostru Carricante has grown breathing the air of Ragusa’s countryside, which surrounds the beautiful baroque city.  Our Nostru Carricante grows at an altitude of approximately 400 metres above sea level. In this white wine, we find a meeting of our Trentino origins and our love for Sicily: an elegance that combines floral and mineral notes, with citrus nuances that remind us of Riesling.
